Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own end-to-end Google Ads across DTC accounts, manage client relationships directly, and optimize for incremental growth.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, and changes made.
Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.
Native or near-native English communication with clients.
Experience building or operating a Shopify store is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit accounts thoroughly before touching them: structure, terms, bidding, negatives, and tracking.
Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate channels with clear reporting.
Understand and optimize PMax with distinction between branded and non-branded volume.
Maintain ownership of feed, tracking, and landing pages.
Communicate results and rationale directly to clients, defending decisions.
