Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, while owning client communications and reporting.

You should be fluent in English, with hands-on experience in paid social and Google Ads, and comfortable building landing pages and AI-driven assets. This role is remote with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, and with brand vs non-brand strategy.
• Ability to articulate and defend attribution and impact to clients.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary account manager.
• Audit accounts before touching: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental value.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit for waste.
• Own the product feed and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking setup (GA4, GTM, conversions).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Be able to build and ship landing pages using AI tools.
