AltScore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion. You will drive Net Dollar Retention across your portfolio and act as the voice of the customer to influence product and engineering.

The role involves strategic data-driven decisions and high-touch engagement with key LatAm partners. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance, travel occasionally, and enjoy a remote-first setup with stock options and a growth

Formación

3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech.
Hands-on credit knowledge (lending, credit risk, collections, or B2B financing).
Experience with API-based products; HubSpot is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
Drive Net Dollar Retention by identifying usage opportunities and leading expansion.
Advocate for customers by feeding product and engineering with real-world needs.
Use data to anticipate risks and guide long-term strategy.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to unblock deals and ensure smooth integration.
Build high-trust C-level relationships through high-touch engagement and visits across LatAm.
Contribute to the CS playbook, improving processes as the company scales.
