Job summary

AltScore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive outcomes for enterprise clients across LATAM. You will own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Finance.

You’ll travel to key partners as needed and help scale our Rails of Lending platform. You will build trusted C-level relationships, monitor churn and adoption metrics, and lead strategic initiatives to ensure customers achieve their business goals in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech.
Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
You take full responsibility for your numbers and move fast.

Responsibilities

Own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) across your portfolio.
Advocate for customers by feeding product and engineering with feature requests.
Use data to identify risks and guide long-term strategy.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to unblock deals and ensure seamless integration.
