Job summary
AltScore is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion across Latin America. You will drive Net Dollar Retention, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for customers with Product and Engineering.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Finance, building trusted relationships with senior partners and shaping the CS playbook as the company scales.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or related field within Enterprise SaaS/Fintech.
- Experience with credit lifecycle (lending, risk, collections, B2B financing).
- Understanding of API-based products; HubSpot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
- Drive Net Dollar Retention by identifying usage growth opportunities.
- Advocate for customers and prioritize features with Product and Engineering.
- Use data to anticipate risks and guide long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to unblock deals and ensure seamless integration.
- Build high-trust relationships with C-level partners across LatAm.
- Contribute to CS playbooks and scalable processes.
