Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
• Proficient written English skills.
• Experience working with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling client communications.
• C1 or C2 English level.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into QuickBooks and send invoices.
• Send customer follow-up emails about orders, samples, and product information.
• Review and verify wholesale vendor applications within 24 hours.
• Design social media content using Canva.
• Use AI tools to help maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Research wholesale clients to feature them in social media posts.
