Qualifikationen

• Based in Argentina with 2+ years in high-volume customer service.
• Fluent English and Spanish spoken/written.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Handle high volume multilingual inbound calls and emails.
• Guide customers on products, pricing, and site navigation.
• Manage order lifecycle including creating orders, tracking shipments, returns, and warranties.
• Resolve issues promptly using our ticketing system.
• Aim to meet/exceed KPIs while working remotely.
