Job summary

Virtustant in Argentina is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day social media presence, create engaging content, manage multiple platforms, and drive traffic to the client’s website. You will work independently after initial guidance, understand the brand, and collaborate on content ideas, strategy, photos, and assets.

Experience with Canva/CapCut and AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong content creation and social media management skills.
• Experience with Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative social media content.
• Manage and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Manage 3 Instagram accounts, with a fourth account recently added.
• Manage content for 6 Facebook groups.
• Develop creative ways to reach new audiences and increase followers.
• Drive traffic and engagement toward the client's website.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Repurpose existing content and make recurring content feel fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with the client on content ideas, strategy, photos, and other assets.
• Provide input on social media strategy when appropriate.
• Potentially support paid social advertising if the candidate has the required experience.
