Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant for a fully remote role supporting a growing company. You will handle administrative tasks across departments, manage records, and respond to inquiries with attention to detail from a home office.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, 2–5 years in operations or admin roles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Tools like Asana, Notion, and Trello are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, admin support, or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Able to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving workflows.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP/order management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps) and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat in a professional manner.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure customer files, notes, and records are organized and accessible.
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
• Identify issues or delays and elevate them to the appropriate coordinator.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
