Job summary

WSP is hiring a Software Asset Management Specialist to help manage a large software portfolio across LATAM and international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and engineering teams to ensure licensing accuracy, compliance and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM expertise, knowledge of licensing models, and the ability to operate in a high-volume, multi-vendor environment with regional stakeholders. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Strong ability to interpret entitlements, renewals, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
