Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team, overseeing a large portfolio across LATAM and international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure compliant licensing, timely delivery, and optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and the ability to manage priorities in a multi-publisher environment while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management, licensing, or ITAM with SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a large software portfolio across publishers and licensing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, allocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and costs.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
