Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM team, supporting a large software portfolio across Latin America and international regions. You will manage software licensing requests through the full lifecycle, interpret terms, maintain entitlement records, coordinate renewals and audits, and drive cost optimization with IT, Procurement and Finance partners.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management with SAM duties.
Strong understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers and licensing terms.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization and audits.
Ability to prioritize high-volume requests and adapt between publishers and tools.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy and speed.
Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, incl. purchasing/licensing info.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits, and cost-efficiency reporting.
