Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM team, focusing on software licensing, compliance, and optimization across a large, complex portfolio.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering, supporting licensing decisions and continuous improvement of SAM processes in a high-volume environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to engage regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Experience managing licensing across multiple publishers and models.
• Ability to interpret terms, entitlements and renewals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost.
