Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team. You will manage software licensing across a large portfolio, interpret terms, maintain records, and coordinate renewals and optimization for LATAM and international regions.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge across models, and collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineers. English and Spanish proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management and licensing.
• Strong knowledge of licensing models including cloud/SaaS.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requirements.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience in global/regional organizations and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to process improvements.
