Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to join a regional LATAM role within the global SAM team, managing a large software portfolio and driving licensing accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams, support renewals and audits, and interact with publishers across LATAM and international regions, leveraging licensing knowledge in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM & software licensing experience.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent, named-user, and cloud licenses.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish; able to collaborate regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive SAM process improvements.
