Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to help manage licensing across a large software portfolio in LATAM and international regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely delivery and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM expertise, strong licensing knowledge, and the ability to navigate high-volume, multi-publisher environments in a global context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing or IT Asset Management.
• Understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Ability to handle high volumes and prioritize publisher requests.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish, with regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
