Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join their Regional LAC SAM team. You will manage licensing across a large portfolio, interpret terms for multiple publishers, and support renewals and compliance.

Collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering is essential to optimize software usage and cost efficiency. The role requires strong licensing knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between requests in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments and re-allocations.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
• Manage high-volume queues and adapt to publisher requirements.
