Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team. You will manage licensing across the lifecycle, interpret terms across publishers and maintain asset records, while coordinating renewals and optimization activities.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations. Strong SAM experience, multilingual English/Spanish, and familiarity with Snow, Flexera or ServiceNow SAM will help you

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Ability to manage high volume requests and prioritize quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
