Job summary

WSP invites a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team and oversee licensing for a large software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and software publishers to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery, compliance and optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models and entitlements across publishers.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and renewals.
• Experience with compliance, optimization and software audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize requests.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
