Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Sales to lead the commercial efforts for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, Argentina. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and scoping to pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations, while coordinating with operations and engineering to deliver value.

The role requires a decade of sector experience, ability to influence procurement stakeholders, strong communication, and a track record of building long-term

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
• Proven track record in managing technical sales cycles and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to translate technical value into commercial terms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across tools and systems.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements.
