Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services in Argentina. You will lead the commercial strategy for Vaca Muerta, drive growth through strong customer engagement, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracts.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to deliver high-value services, maintain CRM pipelines, and pursue cross-sell opportunities while ensuring HSE and quality standards across commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling or related technical sales.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals; maintain CRM pipelines.
