Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Argentina to build our customer presence from the ground up. You will lead end-to-end sales, from outreach to closing, with a focus on value-based selling and establishing Halter in a new market.

You’ll work in a founding role, shaping quotas, commissions, and sales processes as the region scales, while collaborating with a global team and Customer Success to ensure post-sale success.

Formación

• End-to-end sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong value-based selling and deal closure history.
• Experience sourcing new prospects and converting leads into customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Be comfortable in a startup-like, ambiguity-filled environment.
• Fluency in Spanish; working English to collaborate globally.

Responsabilidades

• Source leads and opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and field activity.
• Manage pipeline from cold call to close and negotiate contracts.
• Help set and manage quotas, commissions and sales tasks as the team grows.
• Coach and mentor future sales staff as the region scales.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for post-sales handoff and renewals.
• Build and maintain Halter's local brand and industry relationships.
