Vanderlande seeks a Regional HR Partner Lead for the Middle East to drive the people strategy across a fast-growing region. You will lead the regional HR Partner organization, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders to enable organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

You will translate global HR initiatives into impactful regional execution, while considering local market dynamics and labor practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
• Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to drive growth.
• Ensure execution of HR processes, policies, and programs, including integration programs such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration.
• Drive local implementation of Vanderlande’s people strategy across the region.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Oversee talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, wellbeing and L&D programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and regional employment practices.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide people insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR Functions.
