Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the operations team, ensuring efficient production and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will drive planning and KPI management across work centers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/BA in a relevant field or a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree, with 5-7 years of experience, strong lean tooling knowledge (AMEF, VSM, SMED), excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with MS Project or

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming and lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED).
• Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvements.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of the operations team to ensure efficient production.
• Promote safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Plan production across multiple work centers to meet targets.
• Manage KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap and rework.
• Analyze problems in lean manufacturing and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize Excel and MS Project for planning and reporting.
