Job summary

Flowserve SRL is seeking Production Supervisors to direct activities within the operations team, ensuring efficient production while enforcing safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include applying lean manufacturing tools, production planning across work centers, KPI management, and problem solving to minimize scrap and rework. Strong Excel and MS Project skills are required; ISO 9000/14000 exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a relevant field with 5–7 years of experience.
• Mechanical or industrial engineer preferred with ISO-9000/14000 exposure.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).

Responsibilities

• Direct activities within the operations team to ensure efficient production and safe practices.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools and analyze production processes for improvements.
• Plan production across multiple work centers and manage KPIs like utilization and scrap.
• Investigate and solve problems using lean methods to reduce waste and rework.
