Job summary

Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team focusing on production and quality, ensuring safety and compliance with policy. The role requires lean manufacturing expertise, strong Excel skills and experience with planning, KPI management, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing tools.
• Capable of statistical process controls.
• Experience with production planning in multiple work centers.
• Strong Excel expertise.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ASME).

Responsibilities

• Direct production and quality activities within the operations team.
• Ensure safe operations per established policies and procedures.
• Promote efficiency through lean manufacturing tools and problem solving.
• Manage KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analyze for root causes and implement improvements.
• Oversee production planning across different work centers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
