Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mendoza to lead operations, drive quality, and optimize production processes. The role emphasizes adherence to lean manufacturing practices and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include planning production across work centers, managing KPIs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations while leveraging Excel and project scheduling tools. Prior experience with ISO and welding standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).
• Experience with ISO standards is a plus.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct activities within the operations team related to production and quality.
• Ensure efficient production while maintaining safe working practices according to policies.
• Perform production planning across multiple work centers.
• Manage KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analyze and resolve problems using lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED).
• Maintain Excel-based reporting and use Microsoft Project or similar for scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
