Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct operations with a focus on production efficiency and quality. You will lead lean manufacturing initiatives, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement within multiple work centers while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

The role requires strong knowledge of CNC programming, Excel, and project planning with ISO/quality experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).
