Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the operations team, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety policies. The role focuses on lean manufacturing, planning across work centers, and KPI management to improve utilization, efficiency, and quality.

Applicants should have a mechanical or industrial engineering background, CNC knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Experience with MS Project and ISO-related practices is a plus in this position.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities within the operations team related to production and quality.
• Promote safe working practices according to policies and procedures.
• Analyze problems in lean manufacturing and implement solutions.
• Support production planning and KPI tracking.
