Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct activities in the operations team, focusing on production and quality while upholding safety and policies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of CNC programming, lean manufacturing tools, and statistical process control, plus experience with production planning and KPI management.

Qualifications

• Basic CNC programming knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning across different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities within the operations team related to production and quality.
• Ensure efficient production while promoting safety and adherence to policies.
• Promote continuous improvement and waste reduction across processes.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, and productivity.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using lean manufacturing methods.
