Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations in manufacturing, ensuring quality and safety in all activities on the shop floor. This role requires hands-on oversight of production processes and adherence to Lean principles to optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical or industrial engineering degree, with 5–7 years of relevant experience and knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME). Strong Excel and MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Direct activities within the operations team for production and quality.
• Promote safe working practices and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap and rework.
• Plan production across different work centers.
• Analyze problems in lean manufacturing and drive improvements.
• Maintain advanced Excel skills and use MS Project or similar.
