Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct activities within the operations team, focusing on production and quality while upholding safety and policy compliance.

The role requires knowledge of lean manufacturing, CNC programming, and strong Excel and planning skills to optimize production across multiple centers. Preferred engineers with 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED.
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analyses for lean manufacturing problem solving.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities within the operations team related to production and quality.
• Promote safe working practices within established policies and procedures.
• Lead production planning and coordinate across work centers.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency and scrap reduction.
