Siena is seeking a Product Specialist to become the resident expert on our end-to-end platform. You will understand how each agent behaves and how they work together as a single system, bridging customers with the PM shaping next steps.

You will master the product, deploy prompts and configs, and apply insights across product activities. This hands-on role blends product thinking with customer-facing impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own a Siena product surface and become its resident expert.
• Learn the platform end-to-end: agents, behavior, prompts, configs.
• Diagnose agent behavior with authority and provide actionable signals.
• Channel patterns from customers into a prioritized roadmap.
• Create docs, guides, and live-materials that balance technical and marketing needs.
• Contribute to webinars, demos, sales support, and market research.
• Engage with the support queue as a learning source about product behavior.
