ASAPP is seeking a senior product manager to own the messaging platform surface, including the live agent workflow, AI-assisted conversations, and the associated channels such as Web, iOS, Android, and advanced messaging like Apple Messages for Business and RCS.

You will become the go-to expert on Human + AI collaboration, translate customer pain into a prioritized roadmap, and drive documentation and external communications.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and/or native AI platforms.
• Technical depth to engage credibly with engineers on model behavior, conversation design, channel architecture, and AI/ML tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to own a complex, multi-surface product area with minimal oversight.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and delivery teams to translate pain into a prioritized roadmap.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving to clarity.
• Track record of shipping: ownership from discovery through delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Messaging Platform roadmap and agent productivity features.
• Define and execute the Virtual Agent and channels roadmap across Web, iOS, Android, and RCS/voice channels.
• Lead AI Services to improve agent handle time, quality, and compliance; balance latency and accuracy.
• Be the go-to expert on Human + AI collaboration and communicate roadmap to customers and internal teams.
• Own external documentation for the surface as part of product; drive docs-first delivery.
• Set strategy and maintain the roadmap, balancing customer commitments, tech debt, and platform bets.
• Work with customers and account teams to prioritize and sequence delivery.
• Maintain ruthless prioritization and defend roadmap with evidence.
• Establish metrics/telemetry for each area to measure outcomes.
