ASAPP in Argentina is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the surface where humans and AI collaborate to serve customers across the Messaging Platform, Virtual Agent, channels, and AI Services.

You will define roadmaps, partner with engineering and sales, translate customer pain into a prioritized plan, and drive data‑driven outcomes with a docs‑first approach. Experience with enterprise SaaS and AI‑enabled products is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and/or native AI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Messaging Platform – route live agent conversations, enable customer context and knowledge, and integrate AI to boost productivity.
• Define and execute the Virtual Agent and channel roadmap, ensuring consistent deployment across Web, mobile SDKs, Apple Messages for Business, WhatsApp, RCS and voice.
• Lead AI Services such as conversation summary, voice‑to‑text transcription, and AI‑augmented response generation to improve agent HRT, quality and compliance.
• Represent the surface to customers and account teams, translating pain points into a prioritized roadmap and serving as the internal source of truth.
• Drive a docs‑first approach, publishing external documentation alongside feature releases.
• Set overall strategy and roadmap, balancing customer commitments, technical debt and platform bets.
• Partner with customers and delivery teams to prioritize and sequence delivery.
• Maintain ruthless prioritization and use data‑driven metrics and telemetry to measure outcomes.
• Communicate effectively across engineering, design, sales and customer success, sharing progress and making decisive calls.
• Provide continuous feedback and champion rapid, practical learning within the team.
