Siena AI is seeking a Deployment Manager, AI Agents, to own the delivery side of our customer deployments. You will work embedded in customer accounts, managing multi-stakeholder deployments from kickoff to sustained automation performance.

The role requires 5+ years in CX operations, strong helpdesk fluency (Zendesk, Gorgias), and a knack for proactive, data-driven problem solving. Remote work with international exposure is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer experience operations, support ops, implementation, or CX agency work.
• Deep helpdesk fluency with Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.
• Natural project manager who translates complex problems into simple plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own deployments from zero to live—kick-off, automation setup, stakeholder alignment, and KPI delivery.
• Co-lead strategic accounts, expanding responsibilities as you ramp.
• Diagnose why accounts get stuck: helpdesk configuration, routing gaps, escalation failures.
• Keep every account moving with daily updates, blockers, and progress docs.
• Manage expectations: timelines, scope, and relationship continuity during challenges.
• Shadow and support senior members, then lead on accounts.
• Provide feedback to product teams by spotting cross-account patterns.
