Formación

• 3+ years in enterprise community onboarding and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience with live demos.
• Strong writing quality for docs and training materials.
• Ability to build AI agent workflows and content verification.

Responsabilidades

• Make customer touchpoints enterprise-grade and current at speed.
• Relentlessly remove bottlenecks for AI agents to own enablement end-to-end.
• Leave durable leverage: prompts, context files, and agent workflows.
• Channel voice-of-customer findings to product leadership as input.
• Maintain demo environments, data, storylines, and talk tracks for demos.
