Siena is hiring a Front/Backend Engineer to own hard problems end to end, from the customer report to deployed automation. You will work on production issues like a webhook or misfiring agent, diagnose prompts, and implement durable fixes. You’ll collaborate across teams to ship improvements that reduce future incidents.

You’ll use Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AI tooling, and you’ll help evolve the platform with a bias for automation and measurable product impact.

Formación

• You solve problems end to end for real customers.
• You talk to customers directly to uncover and validate root causes.
• You design automation so issues don’t recur.
• You read and reason through code in our stack (Node.js/TypeScript/React).

Responsabilidades

• Own hard problems end to end with customers and engineering.
• Debug agents and prompts; fix root cause and improve prompts.
• Build runbooks or tools to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Bridge between customers, product, and engineering to improve the product.
