Siena AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to manage deployment outcomes for strategic accounts. In this role, you will act as an embedded partner with clients, focusing on automation and product insights. The ideal candidate has a robust background in product management, an AI-native mindset, and is adept at diagnosing and solving customer deployment challenges.

This position offers autonomy in problem-solving, an opportunity to work directly with enterprise CX leaders, and the chance to contribute to meaningful improvements in AI technology that directly impact consumer brands.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end‑to‑end.
• Deploy agents and identify progress blockers.
• Design AI transformation roadmaps with enterprise CX leaders.
• Turn deployment insights into platform capabilities.
• Build and improve agent capabilities across platforms.
• Design evaluation systems including QA suites.
• Run full launch cycles from internal testing to GA.
• Demo your products and co-sell alongside sales.

Conocimientos

5+ years in PM, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership

AI-native mindset

Understanding of webhooks and OAuth flows

Customer experience knowledge

Problem diagnosis skills

Advising CX leaders

Feature shipping and documentation
