AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions translating enterprise data into actionable insights.

Mandatory: 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, expertise in data modeling, DAX, SQL, Snowflake or similar platforms, and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English. Join an agile, distributed team driving data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based sources.
• Excellent analytical and requirements-gathering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard data into Snowflake and SAP data sources; troubleshoot issues.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
