AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will require 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems, plus upper‑intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX; visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability; promote reusable data models and KPIs.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
