AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into data models, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile, distributed team.

Requirements include 4+ years creating Power BI dashboards, strong data modeling and DAX, solid SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus an upper-intermediate English level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
