AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards/reports, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake or SAP-based data platforms, plus upper-intermediate English. You will work in an agile, distributed team and help create scalable analytics solutions.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into Snowflake and SAP data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and consistency.
