Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. You will work with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, bringing 4+ years of Power BI experience and strong SQL knowledge to a global enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data owners to design scalable analytics, data models, and KPI definitions while working in an Agile, distributed team setting.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data experience.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across the organization.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization to support decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
