AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions translating enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or similar platforms, plus SAP-based sources and upper-intermediate English.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders across an Agile, distributed setup to deliver scalable analytics and data quality improvements.

Competenze

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical and data requirements.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
Experience coordinating or supporting the onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple layers of a data solution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
