AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable business insights.

Requirements include 4+ years of Power BI dashboards/reports, solid Power BI data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English. The role supports Agile teams and distributed collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
