Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights.

Required: 4+ years in Power BI, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, Snowflake or SAP-based sources, and upper-intermediate English. You will work with Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources in an Agile environment, collaborating with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
