AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, Snowflake or similar platforms, and SAP source systems, plus upper-intermediate English. You will partner with stakeholders and work in an Agile, distributed team.

Competenze

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into Snowflake and SAP data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the full data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
