Halter is building teams in Argentina and Uruguay with remote sales and a Buenos Aires presence. You will own logistics, IT onboarding, the office, local vehicle fleet, and team moments that keep the teams connected. You’ll work closely with NZ, US-based teams, ensuring onboarding and operations run smoothly.

You don't need a traditional People background; we value hospitality, curiosity, initiative and the ability to turn ambiguous priorities into solid processes while growing with the company.

Formación

• Experience in people operations is welcome but not required.
• Strong customer-service instinct applied to colleagues and partners.
• Ability to work across teams and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day people operations for Argentina/Uruguay teams (IT onboarding, office, fleet).
• Coordinate with People Ops & Programs in New Zealand and centralized teams in the US.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, vehicle handovers, and office logistics.
• Develop scalable processes and write them for Argentina first, then Uruguay.
• Spend time on farm visits with Territory Managers to understand operations.
