Pearster is hiring an HR Assistant in Argentina to join the People team. This 100% remote role focuses on operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle and employee experiences for candidates and staff.

You will partner with the People team on onboarding, HR operations, documentation, and internal initiatives while growing your HR career in a global tech company.

Formación

• Student or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using technology to improve workflows.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Intermediate or advanced English level is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth experience.
• Support administration of benefits, leave requests, and HR inquiries.
• Provide timely and professional responses to People-related questions.
• Assist in organizing internal events, engagement activities, and initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and track key People metrics.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR information.
• Provide day-to-day HR operations support.
• Use AI tools and digital solutions to improve HR processes.
